Bulgaria, Silistra: Conference about Waste management and Renewable Energy(October 2010)

On the 29th of Octobre 2010 Dr. Ludwig and his colleagues from the AKU (working group concerning environmental issues within the German Bulgarian Forum) a seminar at Silistra, Bulgaria about waste management, renewable energy, decentralized infrastructure systems and the financial possibilities in these sectors from the operational programmes of the European Union especially of environment and regional development.

IFAT, Munich: Recycling abroad - Speach at the booth of the federal german government (September 2010)

As a representative of the German Association for Waste Management (DGAW e.V.) www.dgaw.de Dr. Volker Ludwig held a speach about the planned projects on the market for waste removal and recycling in the Republic of Bulgaria. Bulgaria has set up a national programme in order to fulfil the goals set by the European Union for waste management and recycling. The event took place on invitation of the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety.

13. Solar colloquium in Cologne(June 2010)

Together with some colleagues Dr. Ludwig took part in the 13. Solar colloquium in Cologne in order to update their know-how on the chances how to develop solar energy projects.

Waste Management and Recycling in Russia(May 2010)

Dr. Ludwig took part in a conference in the German Embassy in Moscow in May 2010 about energy efficiency and the waste industry. He held a speach on behalf of the German Association for Waste Management (DGAW e.V.) about the management of companies in the waste and recycling industry and on approaches how to run these companies in a more efficient way concerning energy consumption and money.
